To access certain features of the Directory, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Business Listings

If you claim or create a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to represent the business
  • All information provided is accurate and current
  • You will keep the listing information up to date
  • The listing content does not violate any third-party rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or business
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent
  • Post spam, malware, or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Directory, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Personal Trainer Sydney or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display and use that content in connection with the service.

7. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews and other content. By submitting content, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the content
  • Represent that the content is accurate and reflects your genuine experience
  • Agree not to submit fake, defamatory, or misleading reviews

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal Trainer Sydney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
